Cyril and his youngest daughter, Margot are getting ready to head over to the USA for the QVC Saint Patrick’s Day show which is broadcast live on the 17th of March for 18 hours. Both Cyril and Margot will present their designs, along with a small group of other Irish designers and makers, to millions of viewers worldwide. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

A Cyril Cullen contemporary porcelain tea set was selected to feature in the Crafts Council Of Ireland’s exhibition space at The National Crafts & Design Fair recently held at the RDS, Dublin. We are also looking forward to exhibiting new Cyril Cullen creations in both knitwear and porcelain at Showcase 2012 this coming January. See you there!

Irish designer, Cyril Cullen celebrated his 50th year in business as a knitwear designer last year. Last week, Cyril showed his handmade Irish porcelain Collection at Showcase 2011 in the RDS in Dublin. Cyril’s designs include tabletop ware, vases, candlesticks and wine carafes, religious items, large sculptural figurines and small collectibles. This year, Cyril launched The Wedding Collection – a selection of wedding favours, a wedding bell, his award-winning ‘wedding couple’ champagne flutes and decorative cake top figurines.
